On September 29th, 2006 in a 14-2 win over the Florida Marlins, Phillies slugger Pat Burrell homered twice for the Phillies. The first homer off Marlins pitcher Brian Moehler in the 3rd inning was the Phillies 215th home run of the season tying the team record set in 2004. Burrell’s 5th inning homer off Marlins pitcher Yusmeiro Petit was Burrell’s 29th of the season, and the Phillies 216th, setting a new team record (Phils hit 224 in 2009 – current team record).

On September 29th, 2002, vs. the Houston Texans at Veterans Stadium, Eagles Brian Dawkins recorded a sack, recovered a fumble, had an interception, and on a fake punt play had a 58-yard TD reception on a toss from Brian Mitchell. No other NFL player in the history of the game has accomplished this feat.
