On June 6^th, 2001, Sixers Allen Iverson scored 48 points in the Sixers only Finals win over the Los Angeles Lakers. In the waning moments of overtime, Iverson drained a step-back jumper over Los Angeles Lakers Tyronn Lue, and to punctuate the basket, Iverson “stepped over” the prone Lue. It was a memorable moment for the Sixers and will be forever known as “the Step Over.”
